True, true. ;) I adore Jake and Went isn't too bad himself. Those eyes? Rawr! I actually used to love Gilmore Girls, but stopped watching it a season or two ago. I've watched a couple of eps this season, but I'm just not feeling it. Everyone has changed so much and not all of them in a good way. And don't even get me started on the whole Luke/Lorelai thing. They have been meant for each other for like all eternity but the writers keep tossing stupid things in their way and keeping them apart just as they mend whatever the previous problem was. Gah! Plus, as you said, they did change him too much over the past couple of seasons and that hasn't exactly been a good thing either. Good luck!

I actually used to love Gilmore Girls, but stopped watching it a season or two ago. I’ve watched a couple of eps this season, but I’m just not feeling it. Everyone has changed so much and not all of them in a good way. And don’t even get me started on the whole Luke/Lorelai thing. They have been meant for each other for like all eternity but the writers keep tossing stupid things in their way and keeping them apart just as they mend whatever the previous problem was. Gah! He's just got a certain something that I can't help but be drawn to, though I haven't quite figured out exactly what "it" is just yet. Ahhh. Season 1. The last fond memories I have of the show. *sigh* Season 2 wasn't entirely horrible, but the way things ended up with Jenny made me very unhappy. Season 3 made me want to throw things at Jenny and choke Ilene for writing her in such a way, but it gave me Dallas Roberts, Daniela Sea and Alan Cumming in return for the awfulness so I tried to look over as much of it as I could. Season 4 however started off dreadfully and slowly got worse and just straight up made me mad to the point that I couldn't support it anymore. Most all of my issues came from what happened with Mia's character throughout the course of the series and I also hated the way all men were portrayed on the show. Not every man is a doormat or evil or a cheater or mean but that's how they have all ended up being portrayed and that is just so uncool. Then it’s definitely for the best that you not start using it just yet.
